Yeah that is true,many a times dataone site does not open,but this problem persist for about a week.But this usage checking problem is for 6-7 months. This is indeed a problem for them,because the customers are losing transparency in fair usage,specially who have limited plans.
Your Dataone broadband usage can be checked as follows. 1) Open broadband website then logged in with your account in Internet Explorer ( Firefox not supported). IF THE ABOVE LINK IS NOT WORKING, Please try Check Broadband Usage 2) Enter you dataone username and password. 3) Click on "Service Records" link. 4) Select the month for period you are checking the usage. 5) Click 'OK' 6) Value of 'Total Volume' is your total dataone usage of that particular month. so you will get all usage of internet used by you . You can also get day wise usage report.
