How To Check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

    Using a BSNL Limited Data plan, and need to check your Data Usage to avoid extra billing? then you are at the correct place, here are the steps to check your BSNL Broadband Account usage.
    So follow these steps one by one:
    • First of all you need to visit the website of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.
    • At this page you will get a link “Check Usage” at the top
    • click on that link
    • Now you will be redirected to login page
    • Enter your BSNL broadband username and password to login
    • after successful login, Your BSNL portal page will open
    • Go through various links and See your Data usage, remain Data, Your plan info, Your Data usage season details etc.
    TIPS: Check your BSNL data usage regularly (Atleast once a week) to avoid misuse, this will also improve your knowledge about Data Usage Pattern.

    I already know this as I am using BSNL broadband for a while.

    Hey,i cant check usage settings in BSNL portal for months.ALso many of my friends have such problems.

    lol,i have tried to contact BSNL people,they say server down.I dont know what they mean by saying this everythie i ask them this question.

    I have seen, BSNL site also stays down for a week or more.
    I think they really have a serious issue.

    Yeah that is true,many a times dataone site does not open,but this problem persist for about a week.But this usage checking problem is for 6-7 months.
    This is indeed a problem for them,because the customers are losing transparency in fair usage,specially who have limited plans.

    Your Dataone broadband usage can be checked as follows.
    1) Open broadband website then logged in with your account in Internet Explorer ( Firefox not supported).
    IF THE ABOVE LINK IS NOT WORKING, Please try Check Broadband Usage
    2) Enter you dataone username and password.
    3) Click on "Service Records" link.
    4) Select the month for period you are checking the usage.
    5) Click 'OK'
    6) Value of 'Total Volume' is your total dataone usage of that particular month.

    so you will get all usage of internet used by you . You can also get day wise usage report.
